Be proud of yourself for how far you have come, and never stop believing in miracles

Therapist

I believe healing begins in a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and respected. Every person’s story is shaped by their lived experiences, background, and the systems they navigate. That’s why I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships. These relationships are one rooted in empathy and guided by your identity, culture, and values.

In therapy, I work with you, not on you. Using a foundation of empathy, honesty, and collaboration, I support clients in navigating trauma, addiction, identity exploration, and life transitions. I believe that real change happens when people feel supported and are equipped with the right tools. My goal is to help you build resilience, heal from past pain, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and Tennessee, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC). With more than 15 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals facing complex trauma, substance use struggles, and emotional challenges. I use evidence-based approaches that emphasize safety, trust, and culturally responsive care.

About Me – Outside the Therapy Room

When I’m not in session, you can find me outdoors and on the move—casting a line on the water, hiking scenic trails, dancing at music festivals, or exploring new towns. I have a deep love for travel, and each experience helps me stay grounded and connected. These moments outside of therapy enrich the compassionate, human-centered care I bring to the work I do.
