“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”
We live in a culture where words can feel empty, misunderstood, or disconnected from true meaning. In counseling, I see the chance to build real and authentic connection. Many people carry silent struggles, some visible and others unseen. My purpose is to affirm each person’s worth and walk alongside them as they find strength, healing, and a greater sense of agency.
On a Personal Note
I was born in Denver, CO, and grew up as a military child, calling many places home over the years, including California, Nevada, Texas, Alabama, and now Clarksville, TN. Outside of counseling, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and practicing hand-lettering. Before entering the counseling field, I spent more than two decades as a graphic designer, a career that continues to inspire my creativity today.
