“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
If you’ve found your way here, you may be feeling the weight of stress, uncertainty, or heartache and you don’t have to face it on your own. Life in a complex world can leave us feeling untethered, yet it also reminds us of our deep need for connection and understanding.
My counseling style is rooted in the belief that healing grows through relationships: being met with compassion, feeling seen and heard, and knowing you don’t have to walk the journey alone. Counseling provides a safe and supportive space to explore your story, honor your struggles, and nurture the resilience and wisdom already within you. Together, we can move toward greater clarity, hope, and wholeness.
On a Personal Note
I was born and raised in Southern California and had the unique experience of living in Japan as a military spouse before landing in Tennessee. Outside of school and the office, I enjoy listening to music, drawing, and painting as ways to express creativity and recharge. Time with family, friends, and my dog is also something I truly cherish.
