“I believe your story matters, and believe we have the power to write our next chapter.” ”

There are seasons of life when relationships shift, children grow, the past shows up in the present, or the ways you have been coping no longer seem to be working. You may feel misunderstood, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what needs to change. You do not need to have all the answers to begin therapy. Sometimes, simply recognizing that something feels different is enough.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, cultural and acculturation issues, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting clients who are working through trauma, identity and cultural concerns, changes within family and relationships, and the challenges that can arise during different stages of life.

I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and recognize that culture, family, identity, and lived experiences can influence how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the challenges we face. I have a particular interest in working with Hispanic and Latinx communities, including individuals navigating acculturation, cultural identity, and family expectations. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I am also able to provide therapy in Spanish.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and deeply person-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel respected, heard, and free to be yourself. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for you.

I would be honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward a life that feels more connected, fulfilling, and authentically your own.

Outside of Sessions

Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters, cheering my kids on at their sporting events, and playing with our little dog. I’m also a bit of a “couch detective” and love watching mysteries, comedies, and stand-up comedians. When I have some quiet time, I enjoy painting and putting together puzzles. Family, laughter, creativity, and a good mystery are some of my favorite ways to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the simple things in life.
