“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself”
PhD Level Therapist:
Therapy is never “one-size fits all”. Every individual has their own identities, preferences, experiences, and dreams. A therapist should strive to not only understand their clients’ concerns, but also how those concerns impact them as a special and unique human being.
As a therapist, I am motivated to help my clients live rewarding, more fulfilling lives. In the
counseling space, I hope you will find a warm, supportive professional who strives to
understand your unique experiences and concerns. We will work as collaborative partners to establish personalized goals and develop skills that you can use to help navigate life’s
difficulties. I strive above all else to ensure that my clients feel safe, heard, supported and know that I am working for them.
On a personal note:
When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. I also like getting some leisure time with friends, watching science fiction and superhero movies and reading. I’m interested in history and enjoy building and fixing things.
