“I know you’re tired but come, this is the way.”
Life has a way of shifting when we least expect it. You may be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a life transition, or experiencing emotional exhaustion. My goal is to provide a supportive, empowering space where you can begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
My work is client-centered and strengths-based, and I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll identify your personal goals, explore patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build practical coping skills you can continue using outside of sessions. I aim to help clients increase emotional awareness, develop confidence in their abilities, and regain a sense of control during challenging periods of life.
On a personal note, I am originally from Northwest Indiana and recently relocated to Clarksville with my partner and our dog. Outside of work, I enjoy creative projects, gaming, spending time with loved ones, and finding small ways to bring relaxation into everyday routines.
